Questions, Answered
What can I clean with it?
Bathtubs, shower tile, grout lines, glass and windows, sinks and taps, stovetops and gas hobs, backsplashes, corners and skirting, car wheels and rims, and outdoor furniture.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 90 minutes on a full charge, depending on how hard you press and which head you're using. A full recharge takes about 3 hours. Most people get through several rooms on one charge.
Will it scratch my surfaces?
Match the head to the job. Use the soft pad and sponge heads on glass, sealed stone and painted surfaces. Save the stiff bristle and steel mesh heads for grout, tile, stovetops and rims. Test a small hidden area first on anything delicate — the steel mesh head is abrasive by design.
Is it heavy to hold?
The body is lightweight ABS and you hold it like a power drill rather than a mop, so the weight sits in your palm. The whole point is that the motor supplies the scrubbing force — you don't need to press hard.
How do I charge it?
Unscrew the base cap to reveal the charging port, plug in, and screw the cap back down when you're done. About 3 hours to full.
What if I don't like it?
30 days to send it back for a refund.
