Happy to Help
Will it fit my door?
It's shaped for standard interior doors, which covers most bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom doors.
Worth measuring the thickness of your door first, though — a chunky solid door or one with a raised moulding along the top edge may be too thick. One buyer whose door didn't fit ended up hanging theirs on the back of an office chair and loved it, which tells you it's forgiving about where it lives.
How much weight will it take?
It's plastic, so think coats, bags, scarves, hats, towels and dressing gowns — the everyday things that currently live on a chair.
It isn't built for a heavy winter coat plus a full gym bag on the same hook. Spread the load across the five hooks and it holds fine; hang everything on one and you'll find its limit.
Will the door still close?
Yes — the bracket over the top is slim enough that the door shuts normally on a standard frame. If your frame is very tight, check the gap above the door before you order.
How many should I get?
One works well for a single room. Two makes sense if you want to cover multiple doors, while three can handle a bedroom, bathroom and closet or wardrobe area in one go.
That's why we offer additional savings when you choose 2 or 3.
What about shipping?
All of our orders include free shipping! Orders process in 1–2 business days, and most arrive safely within 8–14 days. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
And if it's not quite right, returns are open for 30 days.
