Drawer organizers are sold in fixed sizes and drawers are not. So you buy one that's close, and it either leaves a two-inch canyon down one side where things fall in, or it doesn't quite go in and you take it back.
These slide. Each box extends along its length, so you set it to the drawer rather than shopping for a drawer that matches the box. Stack them when the space is deeper than it is wide, and fold them flat when you don't need them.
Take one, or take three and do a whole cabinet — utensils, spices, packets, or whatever's currently living loose at the back!
The Box Adjusts. The Drawer Doesn't Have To.
It slides longer or shorter to match the space you've got, which means no dead strip down the side and no returning something that was almost the right size.

How does the adjusting work?
The box slides along its own length — you extend it until it meets the back of the drawer and leave it there. That's the whole mechanism, and it's the thing buyers mention most.
It means one box suits a range of drawers rather than a single size, so if you move it to a different cabinet later it adapts again.
One box or three?
Depends how much you're sorting. A single box handles one drawer or one shelf; the three-piece set is for doing a whole cabinet in one go.
Both come in two sizes, so measure the depth and width of the space before choosing — that's what decides large versus small more than anything else.
Can they stack?
They can, and it's worth doing wherever a cabinet is taller than the things inside it. One box below, one above, and the vertical space stops going to waste.
They also fold flat, so if you ever want the space back you're not storing empty boxes.
What goes in them?
Kitchen sundries mostly — utensils, spice packets, sauce sachets, foil and wrap boxes, and the small things that end up loose at the back of a cabinet.
They work just as well in a bathroom cabinet, an office drawer or a craft cupboard. Anywhere a fixed-size box has never quite fitted.
